Lewis Allen
Director - Property
Lewis has 6 years’ experience recruiting into the Property industry, which has allowed him to become an expert in his field. Passionate probably isn’t the word for how Lewis views recruitment, as his colleagues would use the description “cut him open and he bleeds recruitment.”
He holds a primary focus on Project Management recruitment, however, has also supported clients to hire across both Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying requirements.
Outside of recruitment you will find Lewis socialising at the pub, at the cinema for the latest movie release, or winning at the poker table.
Anthony Towse
Director - Property
Anthony has over 6 years’ experience recruiting Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers into the Property Industry. His work ethic and ability to build relationships puts him in a great place to connect talent in the industry. He has a wide client base that trusts him, giving him a lot of repeat business and exclusive vacancies.
On the weekend you will fine Anthony in the gym or catching up with friends and family. He is a huge Liverpool fan and has love for cooking.
Olivia Dodd

As a Business Performance Advisor to start-up and SME recruitment businesses, I am passionate about creating environments where people are empowered to reach their full potential. Throughout my career, I have driven impactful results, lead key strategic initiatives, enhanced operational efficiencies, and delivered cutting-edge technological transformations which has helped businesses navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable growth.
This work has been underpinned with inclusive business practices at the forefront. Having spent time chairing the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) unit and consulting directly with clients, I have developed frameworks to create sustainable business strategies in line with topical and emotive goals; through EVP, talent attraction, talent retention, policies, benefits, and career progression planning.
Outside of work, I take pride in staying curious and engaged, continuously learning to evolve alongside the industries I serve. By blending strategic expertise with an unwavering commitment to positive cultural change, I strive to leave a lasting impact in every endeavour I undertake.
